TINA is made from food-grade, washable materials, and soft-to-the-touch TPE for a gentle, extra-comfy feel.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We offer two shipping speeds. Whether you’re in a hurry or can take your time, we’re here to make sure you get your order just the way you want it.
We process orders Monday - Saturday with a 1:00 PM EST cut-off time. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Just a quick heads-up:
The Tampon Adapter is shipped along with TINA in the same mailer, but it will not be placed inside the TINA box. Since the Tampon Adapter is super lightweight, please take a moment to 👀 check the mailer so it doesn’t accidentally get thrown away.

Position TINA.
Position TINA with the tampon in your vaginal canal, and TINA’s flexible petals against your body. The handle is designed to give you the correct angle for insertion, anytime!
Pull forward!
Pull the handle forward–toward your body– and the tampon will deploy from the applicator at the correct depth and angle. Then remove the used applicator from TINA, and you're all set!
Change your tampon.
Remember to change your tampon after 4-6 hours (or whenever it’s full!). If you have a hard time finding or reaching the string, you can use the notch in TINA’s petals to help with removal.
