Chief Operating Officer

TINA Healthcare is looking for a Chief Operating Office to launch and scale our vision of accessible, inclusive menstrual and reproductive health products.

We are starting with the tampon.

The tampon is a 90-year-old antiquated product that was not designed with physical and cognitive accessibility in mind. A group of researchers at Georgia Tech and Stanford has spent the last five years envisioning what a world with accessible menstrual care would look like. After thousands of interviews and iterative product testing, we developed TINA, the Tampon INsertion Aid. TINA is a reusable device that clips onto off-the-shelf tampons, making them easier, more consistent, and more comfortable to use. Although TINA was originally designed for people with disabilities, who were turning to severe alternatives to deal with menstruation (diapers, hysterectomies), our market testing has unearthed a massive market opportunity. Our pre-order list is filled with a diverse set of people, from those with larger body sizes, to first-time users, and those just looking for an easier way to use tampons.

TINA will improve the quality of menstrual care for millions - Our product is disruptive, with global potential, entering an untapped market. We already have hundreds of pre-orders from a wide range of user profiles. We need a data-driven self-starter to lead TINA’s product launch and accelerate relentlessly toward product market fit.

Who are we looking for?

We will launch TINA, our first product, in Q1 2023. The next step is identifying and executing TINA’s road to market and empirically identifying a scalable business model. TINA is just the first of many future products in our portfolio of accessible tools in the pipeline. You will be joining our company at a very early stage and taking the lead of a small team. We are looking for both a doer and a leader that is a team builder, comfortable with the ambiguity of an early go-to-market product, and driven to succeed. If you are excited about leading a high-growth, high-reward opportunity that will impact the lives of millions, this role is for you.
