Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our marketing team at TINA Healthcare. The role will be critical to helping us ensure the successful launch of our first product this spring. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission and a proven track record of building and maintaining a strong online community.


  • Develop and implement strategies for building and engaging our community through various online platforms, including social media, email, and our website
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Create and curate engaging content that informs and educates our community about our products and mission
  • Analyze metrics and data to measure the success of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management


  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the health or wellness industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with community management software and metrics tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Role is remote with core team based in CA, NY, GA, and UK
  • Target start date: March 1, 2023
